Overview
Pacific Reach Properties Development (PRPD) is the development and construction division of Pacific Reach Properties. PRPD evolved from the sale of Retirement Concepts to Cedar Tree and previously operated as Retirement Concepts Developments (RCD).
PRPD delivers projects on behalf of its parent, Pacific Reach in the following sectors:
- Seniors Housing: PRPD has developed and delivered in excess of 2000 units and $ 300M in value related to Seniors Housing Facilities since 1997.
- Multi – Family: PRPD has significant experience in the development and delivery of both high rise and mid – rise residential rental buildings.
- Hospitality: In addition to developing new hotels, PRPD executes the ongoing renovation programs for the hotels in Pacific Reach’s portfolio across multiple brands.
- Renovations: PRPD is responsible for renovating both newly acquired and existing multi-family and commercial buildings within Pacific Reach’s portfolio.
