Joe joined Retirement Concepts in 1997 as President and CEO of Retirement Concepts Developments (RCD) with a mandate to design, develop, construct and maintain best-in-class seniors’ living facilities. Joe is trained in Engineering, Systems Design, and Management at the University of Waterloo in 1980’s. Joe’s track record as an entrepreneurial business leader includes having founded, developed, and sold several companies to publicly traded organizations, including GE Capital. Joe co-founded Pacific Reach in 2014 as a real estate development and management company focusing on the multi-family, commercial and hospitality markets. With the sale of a significant portion of the Retirement Concepts portfolio to Cedar Tree, RCD evolved into Pacific Reach Properties Development (PRPD) supporting the development and construction of both seniors and other real estate assets.
