Since joining RCD in February 2006, Shehzad has been responsible for coordinating and overseeing all project development and planning activities. During the land and asset acquisition phase, Shehzad is one of the first PRPD resources to get involved on the project and is responsible for coordinating the development of the project business case. He continues to oversee the municipal permitting process and ensures that all key milestones are attained. Once construction commences he ensures that budgets and schedules are maintained and monitored according to the agreed upon business plans. He also oversees Risk Management process throughout each phase of the project. Shehzad is trained in Engineering, Accounting, Information Technology and Business Management and graduated in 1993.
