As the Director of Construction for PRPD, Neil is responsible for managing the team that delivers all construction projects for Pacific Reach. Neil joined PRPD in November 2015 and comes with 44 years of experience in construction management including residential housing and development, commercial towers and malls, banks, schools, and industrial complexes. Neil holds a Master’s in Architectural Engineering degree and also a Canadian Gold Seal Certificate.
